Can I track my D&D Order?

Click the link in your dispatch email to see the status of your order. Your dispatch email has an estimated delivery date to give you an idea of when your parcel will arrive.

These dates can sometimes be wrong and your package may arrive slightly before or after these dates

Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?

We cant guarantee but we will do out best!

I am missing an item from my order, what do I do?

First off, sorry about that. Check your order confirmation to verify the item that is missing. Then please reach out to customer service who can help you.

How long does delivery take

There are estimated delivery times as a guide and your order can arrive just before or just after these times.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Usually 2 days after dispatch)

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Usually Next Day after dispatch)

How much is delivery?

We offer the cheapest, but best shipping available to you, our customer.

Tracked 48 / Standard Shipping - £2.99 (Starting From)

Express + Expedited Dispatch Tracked 24 - £3.99 (Starting From)

For delivery to the US

Tracked Shipping 5-10 Days - $15

Please note it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and charges, payable by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Returning an item

If you would like to return an item please contact us via email at help@dungeonsanddragons.com with your order number and item number of the product you would like to return and we will provide you with information on how to return the item to us.

Goods must be in the condition that you received them in in order to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once we have received the returned item(s) we will email you to let you know if your return has been approved.

If the return has been approved we will process the refund through your original payment method
